Welcome! The Cosmic Container is a group of like-minded individuals devoted to a journey into the self with the encouragement and accountability of the group.

 

Every month you will be given a new set of ancient, sacred practices to do for a 28-day stretch. I intuively create these sets based around the energy of the new moon.

On the full moon (or as near to it as we can make it) we will meet for an in-person practice and sound bath. 

 

Please Note:  If you are thinking of joining us, please keep in mind that this container is sacred, and meant to be held in the deepest reverence. This is not a "phone it in" experience. • Thursday Night Reflection - 7PM MST. In these meetings we meet breifly to discuss our weeks, how the practice has been going, and to ask any questions that come up.

• Saturday Morning Meditation - 8AM MST. We will meet to practice the given kriya set as a group. 

​

• Throughout the week we will text daily. Extra credit for sending voice notes! (Just kidding, this isn't school, but we do love hearing from you.)
